The number of foreign tourists visiting Armenia is projected to surpass this year a record-high level registered by the government in 2006, a senior official said on Thursday.

One of the country's most popular tourist attractions will be open over the Christmas holiday period - thereby offering a respite from the Christmas festivities. Better still, it's free to children under 16 years old.
