On the afternoon of Saturday, May 12th, Mr. Levon Gulyan was taken, with no document authorization, from the Shengavit police station to the 6th Department of the Internal Affairs building and within 2 hours, Levon was found dead in a heavily fenced in backyard of the Internal Affairs building.
