The University of Michigan women's basketball team dropped a difficult 69-67 decision to Wisconsin Thursday evening (Feb. 28) in Crisler Arena. What was more interesting is to see Michigan women's basketball coach Kevin Borseth produced one of the more memorable post-game anger and frustration.

University of Michigan hires Rich Rodriguez as the new head coach of the Wolverine football team.

University of Michigan football head coach Lloyd Carr at a press conference announced today (Monday, Nov. 19) his retirement from coaching after 28 seasons with the Wolverine program. Carr is second to only Bennie Oosterbaan (31 years; 20 years as an assistant and 11 years as head coach) in years of service with the nation's winningest college football program.
