McAfee, Inc. announced that McAfee® VirusScan® Enterprise 8.5i now supports the Windows XP Embedded operating system.

McAfee, Inc. announced that the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) named McAfee® VirusScan as one of the most influential technology products of the past 25 years. McAfee VirusScan was named alongside other ground-breaking technology products. Among these were Microsoft's Internet Explorer, Apple's iPod and RIM's BlackBerry.
