UC Irvine Extension Offers Two-Day Wine Seminar

The University of California, Irvine Extension has announced a new two-day seminar titled, “Red, White & Green – Organic, Biodynamic & Sustainable,” which will be offered on the UCI campus Tuesdays, October 6 and 13, 2009, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. The seminar is an elective in UC Irvine Extension’s renowned Specialized Studies Program in Wine.
