The IOC announced that Chicago and Tokyo have been rejected as sites for the 2016 Olympics. Rio de Janeiro and Madrid are the finalists. The announcement as to who will host the 2016 Olympics will happen between 12-12:30 EST.

In what may be called a black day in the history of civil aviation as a plane full of children crashed in Montana a second plane crash report is coming now from Japan. Fedex cargo plane has crashed in Tokyo's Narita Airport in Japan killing two people.
