Strange Halo Cloud Hangs Over Moscow City

Scientists rule out that the strange halo cloud over the city of the Russian capital Moscow is a UFO. They say it is just a white cloud and is an optical illusion.

NASA has documented many strange and halo looking clouds over various cities and Moscow is just another example. They are called Noctilucent clouds. However, they are relatively a new phenomenon.
