BusinessWeek just released its annual Best Places to Raise Your Kids list. Each year the publication works with OnBoard Informatics, a provider of real estate analysis, to determine the winner and two runners up in each of the 50 states. Selection is based on a number of criteria, the most weight given to affordability, safety and school test scores.
