 <description>The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommends we get 30 minutes of moderate to intense exercise 5 days a week.  Most of us do not even workout 30 minutes 3 days a week.  With today&#039;s schedules it seems the only exercises we do is with our fingers on the keyboard.  If you are stuck at your desk all day at work there are some simple exercises you can do through out the day they will help you burn calories and make you feel better too.</description>

 <description>Men who exercise hard are less likely to die from cancer, according to a Finnish study published in the July 2009 issue of the British Journal of Sports Medicine.   According to the American Cancer Society some 294,000 men died of cancer in 2008.  According to the organization, some 270,000 women died from cancer-related causes. </description>
