What's a governor? While, besides being someone like Arnold Schwarzenegger, a governor limits how fast you can drive by controlling the amount of fuel that reaches your engine. Ford will debut its MyKey system, which has this feature and more, on 2010 cars, starting with the Ford Focus. It will quickly become standard on many other Ford, Lincoln and Mercury models.
